Today for lunch we did take-out from Red Ginger in Johnston. They have been around for 20 or so years now. The last time I had Red Ginger was in or around 2009/2010
I knew exactly what to expect, and what I expected is exactly what I got. They do a good job with their General Tso and Pork Fried Rice. We also did a round of Steamed Dumplings. I can’t measure places by their Dumplings as it wouldn’t be fair. To put it short I like what I like, not top priority at Red Ginger. They are good, but not the best out there.
They have served the Johnston area with pride for many years. Red Ginger is a nice place with a really great & friendly staff. Red Ginger is a solid restaurant. They are uniquely themselves, they have great reviews on the internet, and a loyal following.
